i wrote this poem about self-love is the sister poem to its predecessor, i wrote this poem about insecurities. With the previous poem being a vulnerable projection of my self-consciousness, I wanted to write a poem that encouraged my peers (and myself) to love the traits that make them who they are.

Every human was created to be unique in their own way, and we are all worthy of love despite what we tell ourselves. This poem was a call to action to prompt my peers to walk on the journey of overcoming self-doubt. After all, self-love is the best kind of love there is.
